David Morley is from Britain but I think works mainly out of R&S's own
studio in Belgium. His first release on R&S was in 1991 with Brazil by
Spectrum which he did with Renaat. He's supposed to have a full-length
album coming out on Apollo in the Spring.
He also features in quite a reasonable summary of the European ambient
scene by David Toop in the January issue of The Face.
