"Doctor in the House" or "the only way is up", late 87/88 ?
Sound sad now, but the vibe was good.
Cold-cut has some interesting stuff out then - particularly
the collaborations with Mark Smith out of the fall muttering
into some mic/megaphone to some groovy beats.
