come on! he's not nearly that awful. bass-o-matic is pretty damn
cool, in fact. the guy has a lot of good ideas and a unique sound.
he's got that one trick where he brings the loop points on a sample
closer together until the sound becomes a shrill high pitched buzz,
and then he brings the points out again... i love that.
true, he tends to work in the pop music area, but he's made some
really excellent remixes - batman (turned a dreadful song into
something pretty cool), s'express (the orbit mix of hey music lover is
insane)... i'm sure there are others.
