Ah now that I think of it, if you're into electronic noise, there is this hidden noise spot-shop in West Shinjuku. You will find it in Daikan Plaza at the 7th floor, it is a big ugly and brown building with a KARAOKE sign on the outside, next to mosburger. Nishi-shinjuku 7-1-7.
