The Yukio remix starts off from the deep end with a silhouette groove
and strikes out with a heavy bass track, lets soft discoid elements
resonate on the sub-bass, but loses intensity right in the middle with
the "disco" vocoder-sample and takes some time to make friends with the
track again so they can both fool around together.

I like the b-side with the "A Diff Kind Of Brother" remixes better as
the Katsuhiko mix of "Tracy's Revenge" with it's confident voice, the
minimal groove and the stubbornly awkward melody fragements already
strikes a perfect balance between a Detroit background and minimal
aesthetics.

Also, the Nasty Bobby mix with it's very aggressiv sound aesthetic and a
sound that sounds like torn up remains of a saxophone hanging on a
clothesline in the suburbs that somehow seem to live develops to epic
breadth and makes the b-side a celebration.

God, I know why I stopped reading de:bug - there's only so much
gobbledygook one can take in one serving, and that mag dumps loads of it

[1] I'm afraid that I really don't how to translate "grundgut" properly;
it's a composite of "basic" (grund) and "good" (gut)
