the fact that you're giving it away for free might help a bit in preventing
you from getting sued, but really doesn't have anything to do with the issue
of copyright.
however, the fact that only a few people will even get the reference all but
ensures you'll be safe. knowwhatimean? i wouldn't worry about it. do your
thing.
