and what about about electronic music being performed in NYC?! i know datach'i lives here.. i saw him at tonic many years ago.. with matmos maybe? it was rad. it doesn't seem like there is anywhere for folks to play that stuff maybe? RecordCamp... those were good days.. .o9, hrvatski... i just saw YellowSwans and Mouthus live down the street from myself at IssueProjectRoom.org great venue that is very open to extremely experimental stuff. and would assuredly be open to electronics too... is live IDM (in most forms) just not happening much anywhere in the live arena? there sure haven't been many posts about such things in general... hell, why doesn't Otto come to nyc more often?! he should play NoiseFest next year!!!!
