i don't see that it says that. the content is specifically performed
and displayed on the website, where you put it in the first place. i
suppose that means they could theoretically take a piece of your
music and use it as a pop-up ad on the site for something else, but
that seems far-fetched.
at this point myspace is like ebay: there are other options, perhaps
more indie and/or egalitarian, but it's the one *everyone * is on,
and thus gives the best exposure.
