mm.... truth. we did discuss the new venetian snares - at length. we discovered that he did not in fact perform the violin pieces himself but rather sampled them to create the amazing composition that they are. several links to articles about the album were provided as well. i believe aphex twin came up during the discussion by proxy. the album is new, highly recommended and equally amazing as 'huge chrome cylinder box unfolding'. we are all very happy with this release. regarding the new soft pink truth - really, it's crap. i adore the first album but this new one is maybe a one-good-track album. if not for the artists involved it wouldnt even remotely qualify as idm. concept album yes, good covers and remixes? no. the new beck album with BOC remix? yawn... how's that for talking about "dead" artist? shimone/justes http://www.staticbeats.com http://www.jungle-life.com --- kiya iamacopier babzani <denial@ix.netcom.com> wrote:
