It was one of the first recommendations to respond, and I downloaded
and installed it and it's working perfectly, so that's sorted. I will keep the
recommendations from the other mails for 'just in case' backups if this
one goes schizo!
Kurt : I also downloaded this one:

But it wants to have some other Microsoft product installed before it runs
and one has to go fetch that from some other site... it all seemed to get
rather complicated ;-)
As for all the iTunes recommends : thanks, but I'm unable to spend much
time logged on (our greedy telephone company charge by the second
and with a 56k modem that mounts up and up!) so anything requiring
web interaction and downloading is pretty much out of the picture.
