i found i got few calls on the radio show and they fit into 3 categories:
60% kids calling in pop music requests that showed a) they weren't
listened to what i was playing and b) they had heard the # to call
for requests and went for it blindly 35% guys (always men) calling
in and making what they thought was a funny comment about the
music (like above) along the lines of "your record's skipping, buddy"
or "i think my radio is broken" or "i think the station is off the air
or the transmitter is broken" and 5% people calling in great requests
that i always (murphy's law, i guess) didn't have on me that week.
