Yeah, I saw it too, but thought it was odd since I thought it was originally
stated that there would be 10 in the series. I could be mistaken though.
If there are indeed going to be 12 (11, or whatever) in the series, I find
it a bit odd that they would ship the binder with #10. Seems a bit random.
