Very good, but actually I think this fails to do justic to the microvariativity
in Glass's music, a better representation of which might be along the lines of:-
There was a composer called Glass
Phillip Glass PhillipGl ass Phil lipglass
Phil lipGl ass Ph illipGlass
PhilGlasslip PhiGl llip Glass
Phass illip Gl ip Phill assGl PhillipGlass
Or some such.
In my mind's cinema, I see Phil in a film trailer as an Arnie-style action hero
minimalist come to save the Music World from Maximalist Excess and
Overdevelopment with one of those hoarse urgent voice-overs:
"They wanted harmonic counterpoint... they reckoned without: The
Arpeggiatooooor... Just when you thought it was safe to change chord
again...".
I obviously have too much time on my hands ;-)
