Sounds more like an interlude than a track in itself to me.
It's well produced but it's mostly about a morphing pad that let's you
think that something is about to happen, yet never occurs (which, in this
day and age, seems unnecessary to me — even as an « interlude »).
So maybe the event will be the next track on the album : « Cwtchr ».
