I've just got the System Of The World, and very psyched to read it, but i
need to finish David Foster Wallaces' Infinite Jest first which is an
enormous tome also, completely annotated with oodles of digressions and
oddities. Absolute genius. I've been at it for about two months now and
enjoying it immensely.
Even more off-topic - anyone read the new Neil Gaiman marvel comic '1602'?
Like a re-invention of the marvel universe set in 1602 with Dr Strange a
court physician to the Queen of England and Nick Fury head of security,
with this whole doomsday thing going on. more genius!
