I used to listen to lifeforms but my roommates complained that it was
really creepy and it was banned from house play. On a similar note, I
put in plastikman's consumed at my work "a late night diner" and it
really freaked out all of the customers and the servers. It gave
everyone a sense of impending doom, and was really depressing. You
really have to be careful with that album. Without further ado here is
some things I have been listening to as I fall asleep.
Deadbeat "Primordia"
Triple R "Trapez Selection 2"
Tomlab + Audio Dregs "For Friends"
Dub Tractor "Faster"
V/A- Saturday Morning Emptress
Drum Komputer "Alphabet Flasher"
Also any Boards of Canada album, really puts my in the right mood and
I've heard them so much that it's a lot easier to let my mind drift.
