I saw CEX in Baltimore over a year ago.
Before his set, he announced that he was sick of 'just playing
music' and that he wanted to do something 'different'.
So he sat on stage and read this *dreadful* story about 9/11
and catching Osama Bin Ladin over his laptop show. I could
hardly sit through it.
I doubt it happens with any frequency, but just be forewarned:
if CEX decides that performing *music* at a show is played,
you could find yourself an unwitting participant in the horrid
attempt at political satire that I fondly refer to as 'CEX's
Story Hour'.
