does anyone know if there's any difference between the MORR version and CHARIZMA version (which is listed as 2XCD) of the new "hello tourist"? respect, Jeff Davis fon: 216.266.6969 phlow@earthlink.net <mailto:phlow@earthlink.net> fax: 216.266.2360 cel: 216.533.6303 -----Original Message----- From: wil maurer [mailto:battleforitaly@yahoo.com] Sent: Friday, October 03, 2003 8:08 PM To: idm@hyperreal.org Subject: Re: [idm] b. fleischmann - pop loops for breakfast (morr001) nevermind. I went home last night & listened to it at 33... it definitely sounds better that way... I got the record in the mail yesterday and only had time to go through it real cursory-like. I was kind of expecting it to sound more like static or styrofoam, with the high-pitched tonal stuff, but it turns out to be a more low-pitched, rumbly record than I expected. so the higher speed sounded more like I expected it to be & the slower speed sounds more clear & proper? there's definitely some bangers on this one (bangers for idm, that is). I also got the new 7" by him, which is quite good also. thanks, -Wil M. --- "Alan R. Lucas" <arlucas@telerama.com> wrote:
