ooh, the prisoner - all time top favourite tv show from the 60's
and i've even been to portmarion in wales where they filmed it
a truly surreal holiday snapshot experience.
yes... any idm related prisoner music on vinyl and all the soundbytes
are brilliant sampling material.. patrick magoohan...
& btw as the most old skool person lurking on the list, back in the day,
this was shown simultaneously
in the mid-60's when it first came out in the States and I believe
it was actually on one of the networks because I do recall commercial
breaks... This was in the days before everyone had 999 TV channels and
there were only 3 TV networks...ABC, NBC, CBS and that educational TV
called PBS...and the internet was still in someones imagination as a
dream.
