If you want the best quality ripper and encoder... thats easy. Exact Audio Copy (in secure mode) and LAME 3.93 vbr, using one of the alt preset commands. I prefer " --alt-preset extreme". You can get EAC here: http://www.exactaudiocopy.de (and its free). EAC is easily the best ripper out there (except possibly PlexTools, but thats limited), and will ensure a 100% error free perfect rip if used correctly.
