Hi. I'm a San Franciscan in London and I'm looking for cool interesting record
stores / art thingys / events happening in London for the next 10 days.
I have done the Disneyfied tourist stuff but now I'm looking for the real deal.
I really want to find a decent record shop or two, hopefully specializing in
techno or indie stuff (none of this HMV shit!) Cool clubs, wacko book stores or
events, etc. I've been kind of stuck doing loops around Soho and Picadilly
which is all fine and good, but I'm not shopping for frameless sunglasses or
electrotrash couture!!!
Also I have a ticket to go to the Big Chill this Friday/Saturday and I'm
looking for people to posse up with (or really just people with friendly advice
at the very least, I won't be a leach.)
