Now we're talking .... I haven't seen a full blown noise discussion here
for ages. Does anyone have any good noise recommendations?
Merzbow is the king as far as I'm concerned and can be surprisingly
subtle with his more ambient noise recording - but I've been getting
into K K Null recently as well. Oh, and V/VM's blue version of Sometime
Good Things Happen is also worth checking out.
I saw Four Tet a while ago and was surprised at how noisy it was - he
was basically remixing his tracks live using Audiomulch and manged to
mutate some of them into pure noise loops. Recommended if you can catch
him live.
