I generally dissagree with this statement. If I go to a movie and some knucklehead sitting next to me carries on a conversation with a friend the entire time, I'm gonna ask him to shut up. Is he there to see the movie or talk with friends?I'd be there to see the movie.
Of course I wouldn't expect people at a music show to treat it like a museum or a classical concert, but if it gets to be intrusive the yes, quite frankly, take the conversation outside because I'm there to enjoy the music, not listen to you yap.
