On the lighter side of idm-meets-beautiful-pop:
"múm - the land between solar systems" -- while not exactly a love song,
it has a magical atmosphere that brings that insta-bliss feeling lovers
know so well
"Broadcast - papercuts" -- the lyrics are about a love gone a bit awry,
but the song as a whole is marvellous
And from someone I didn't expect it:
"kid606 - the soccer girl ep" (I believe) -- some really quiet tracks
where you can almost touch the kid's love for this girl ;-)
