Thad ... I never ever would have written that had I not, during that time when I was waiting for the records, spoken with two or three other people who had had similar frustrating experiences with you during transactions. And the people I talked to expressed a similar sentiment: they didn't want to dis your name, but had an equally bitter taste in their mouths. I'm just helping people to be more informed, and had I known what I know now about waiting five months for a few records -- after I had sent my payment promptly and received acknowledgement from you that the payment had been received -- I never would have bought the records.
