Whatever here. That might have been the Hosono/Takahashi project, Sketch Show : Audio Sponge.(Daisyworld - Hosono is resurrecting the label). Sounds quite a bit like mid 80s YMO rather than the circa 1993 project, Technodon .Both styles are ones I like...I would highly recommend digging up Technodon, Technodelic (YMO 1981/2) and Naughty Boys (1985ish YMO) as well as any number of Hosono projects, like Philharmony, SFX and if you like ambient, Mercuric Dance. Lots of great Sakamoto to be found...B2 Unit among them. I can crap on way too long about J-Pop, so I will stop now.

I like my music to be at least around the $30 mark. I have to eat.
My suggestion would be to email Mr. Okhura at Comfort with a list of what you want. He'll get back with what's there, costs, postage, etc. His email is ohkura@mbox.kyoto-inet.or.jp . VERY reliable and he takes paypal. You can't escape those nasty airmail charges from Japan, though. http://web.kyoto-inet.or.jp/people/ohkura/ENGLISH/main.html

Restless records actually DID release some of the old Alfa stock several years ago, but I believe they are also oop now. If you find 'em, Multiplies and BGM are also quite nice. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
