So does Chris De Luca and Peabird's "Deadly Wiz Da Disko" (nice album, by the way) - just get Exact Audio Copy for the PC (
http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/) and use it's "Copy Range" feature - the seek bars in the following dialog allow you to select the range before the first track.
