the future can't be thought of. it doesnt exist yet. it is quite absurd to think that by anticipating what doesnt exist one could bring it about sooner! a synthesis of past things can be discussed. but someone, somewhere is charting new territory. of course "future of...." something doesnt always mean originality. artist's who are unafraid are the future, what it will sound like is irrelevant. there are artists and there are people who make electronic music. there is a BIG difference. silvers points are spot on. cj "Micah L.
