Until about 1990 or so, the only tatoos I saw were on sailors, bikers, felons, and trailer park hotties. I grew up associating tatoos with blurry anchors covered with liver spots. Not an appetizing image, but one I expect will become all too common 30 or 40 years from now. 'Hey Grandpa, how come you got a flaming skull with syringes stabbing the eyeholes on yer arm?' I feel so, so, lucky that I didn't tatoo anything on myself when I was 18. I shudder to think what it might have been! Having a permanent record of your #1 obsession when you were 18 in 99% of cases will be the occasion of massive regret. Oh, and if you're going to get an IDM tatoo you should get one done of a Max Patch: http://www.interlog.com/~speeb/images/dillpatch99.gif On Sat, 26 Oct 2002, Andrew Hime wrote:
