"I Understand Why You Want To Move To Montreal" by Tinkertoy. They are
indeed a Toronto based duo, although at least one of them has connections
to Montreal. One of them is also going to be heading over to Europe soon
for an open ended visit.
The track is on a split 12" with Polmo Polpo that they put out on their own
Lautmaschine label.
