You asked, I'll answer.
I've just suffered a burglary and some majorly high-end audio
equipment has been stolen (including my beloved NAD 3020 amp from
1979!!). Thus I've been less than bright and cheery and by musical
accompaniment lately has been
Faure's Requiem (from the library, with lots of skips and jumps)
Rachmaninoff's Vespers.
The latter I cannot recomment highly enough. It's NOT IDM, but it is
quite quite brilliant for those quiet introspective yet strong
moments.
There, totally off topic, but hey, that happens around here :-)
