yea when i saw the twin he really didnt do much. just came out and sat down
in front of his laptop indian style and mixed mp3 for an hour. BUT, the mere
presence of his genius made up for all of it. the music was gr8, therefore
making it a gr8 performance to me. after all it is about the music. lights
were cool when i was 16 now i could care less, just as long as the music is
good. autechre stuck everyone in a small club in miami and turned off all the
lights and performed with no show whatsoever, and it was damn incredible.
even though it was just them standing there behind their laptops with all the
lights off only able to catch a glimpse of the screen reflecting onto their
face. The music was tight making it a great performance. just some
ramblings of mine

Maybe you've missed my previous posts but I don't see an electronic
performance as a rock concert. Many performers are trying to create an
ambience and be the background music to people getting together and
socialising, that's why they'd rather be out of the spot light and
accompanying the visuals.
Its a different GENRE why can't it have a different 'performance'?
I don't see that as arrogance, maybe its something YOU don't like but an >>
