okay.. I like Akufen's production as much as the next guy. What's with the
term 'microsampling'?? Do music writers get $25 for every new term they
coin? Aside from the frequency, variety, and overtness of his samples.. is
he really doing anything that cats like squarepusher or matt herbert haven't
done (they just polish their samples up a bit more).
Please enlighten me.

ps.. to the microignorant track down Mannequin Lung's 'art of travel'
gramm's 'personal rock' and find some circa '94 (movable parts!) Rob Hood
while you're at it. These are some pretty key works IMHO. Wire featured an
article last summer that would provide an excellent overview.
