Damn right, that is sooo shallow. I'll expand upon that, I'd say anyone who has to hide behind a particular style of music (made by _other people_ for fucks sake) or a particular style of clothes, or come to think of it any set of consumables just to prove how cool they are really has to take a long hard look at themselves. Music's a noise - a pleasant noise, but a noise nonetheless. It _won't_ provide you with an identity. What are we supposed to say "oh no, Omar only just found out about Kraftwerk, better not talk to hima again!". Yeh riiight. Come to think of it, how does anyone know when Omar got into Kraftwerk anyway? He wasn't afraid to post it to the list. One thing I'll say for Omar, I know he's not that shallow.
