saw a couple of weeks ago:
Battle Royale (2000)
some time in the near future, the japanese government decides that because
kids are up to no good, there has to be "battle royale" where they send 42
high school students to an uninhabited island and give each one a
different weapon - only one can leave. it is just as fucked up as it
sounds, and beautifully made.
