Hi, saw your post re: Portland shows.
I help set up shows "Outward Music Company Presents" at the Blackbird which
is a really pleasant venue.
I post notices for the shows here. Its not quite a regular monthly, it
ranges from 1-3 times per month, sometimes all-local, usually out of town
acts paired with local acts.
Tonite for instance we're hosting Miles Tilmann (Chicago) as well as local
guru Solenoid (Omco/Emanate/Hiao Hiao Hiao), and resident DJs Catch-22 and
3M. You can see the show listings posted at www.outwardmusic.com,
www.theblackbird.org, and www.archigramophone.com as well as on this list.
Regional artists interested in performing should bring a demo to one of the
shows and track me (Paul) or Brian down, or else email me at
paul@archigramophone.com about sending a demo. We're always into having NW
artists play when it fits the bill.

Chain Reaction Showcase with CNSE (Omco) May 17th.
Rephlex Showcase May 30th.
Updates and details on those shows should go out to this list shortly.
Nothing planned beyond May, but summertime in Portland is great for shows so
drop in if you can.
