agreed that Ljud (which means "sound" in swedish) is a great album. other artists i would highly recommend are Farben, whose Starbox just arrived in the mail for me, a beautifully packaged box set of his 4 recent 12" on Klang Elektronik. There is a CD release called "Textstar" which features selections from each of the records. In my opinion, if you've got a turntable, the Starbox is highly worth it. Really intricate and detailed techhouse, glitchy but still has a great groove and some real flair. I would also recommend the "Sequins" release by Tomas Jirku, or the Auch remix CD "Remix Tomorrow Goodbye" which are both solid, both on Force Inc. If you're curious about other Tilliander projects, he also records as Mokira (more clicks&cuts oriented, slightly hip hop inflected, less 4/floor) and Komp (more IDM oriented), and none of it has disappointed me.
