I love this CD, but I haven't heard anything else quite like it either...

But Andrei -- I think that's the whole point of the CD -- he didn't put those chords in there to 'sound jazzy', he used samples from actual jazz records and manipulated them. So even though we can't even tell whether the sounds we hear originally came from piano, guitar, kalimba, or whatever, we can still hear the original notes that were played -- jazz chord voicings. I think the abstract jazzy vibe is cool...
