808 State've definitely sampled 'Mea Culpa' and another faster track from about half way into the album, which I can't remember off hand. The sample in 'Leo Leo' is of the fast talking guy from 'Mea Culpa' saying something like "I'm sorry I committed an offense" and so on.
The other sample I'm thinking of is a conga loop from the start of a tune on 'My Life In the Bush of Ghosts', which 808 State sampled for a track on 'Gorgeous'. I can't remember the name of that one, but it really blatantly uses the bassline from Joy Division's 'She's Lost Control'.
This is strictly from the trainspotter memory banks, I haven't listened to any of these tracks for maybe 2 or 3 years.
