Maybe it's obvious stuff, but try Mr Bungle... you'd want their second album, Disco Volante... And come to think of it, some of the Bungle-related bands might be right up your alley... maybe Secret Chiefs 3, probably Fantomas, and definitely Faxed Head. You also might enjoy the Boredoms, specifically Onanie Bomb Meets the Sex Pistols. It's more noisy than angry, but it's loud and fucked up and heavily electricized post-recording.
