There's Succour on Warp (1995) but the etherial floaty sound you
describe would fit "Pure/Impure" on the Too Pure label, featuring two
tracks mixed by AFX (Fast mix and slow mix of Time to Find Me).
Mark Clifford then went on as Disjecta, but that entirely different i
feel.
