Actually -- and correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure here -- Ian et
al have absolutely no say over the matter. Anyone can record a cover of a
song as long as they pay up the publishing fee. On a freedom-of-speech
level, that's a great thing... it just sucks when it comes around and bites
us in the ass, courtesy Fred Turds, I mean Durst.
