While I dislike his quote, I must disagree with your opinion that Max Tundra's music is boring, derivative, and uncreative. The only release of his that I know of that has tDR artwork is his "Children At Play" 2-tracker on Warp. They're long tracks, but it's only two tracks, and they're from 3 or 4 years ago. Not quite enough to judge an artist by. He's had an album and a couple of singles/eps out since, and I think they are extremely creative and original - light years beyond the children at play ep. The album, Some Best Friend You Turned Out To Be, is wildy diverse and inventive, and is one of my favorites. I think it's one of the top albums for its year, which I think was 2000... He may be missing what's good about BoC, but that's his loss, not anybody else's. ===== .Adam http://www.damek.org/ __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
