Who is similar to Otto von Schirach? I am primarily
interested in sound design here - the crispness of
8000bc. Complexity. Richard Devine is obviously
recalled: similar in sound production, but far more
technical and far less...."wet". Matmos' Chance to
Cut... also comes to mind in terms of sampling organic
sounds. But otto...
I've mentioned before that I am very much possessed by
him and unfortunately joined this list a bit after
escalto frio came out, so perhaps I missed a bit of
relative discussion.
