Radio Ones's hype:
Bedouin Ascent is the rhythm as melody¹/digital improvisation project of
KINGSUK BISWAS, Digital/Art/Electronica Pioneer. For the last decade he has
been OUT THERE mixing live and digital, West African percussion with North
Indian classical modes and chaos and quantum theories with Zen and Tao. His
list of collaborators is so impressive that you can frankly only bow down
and rock to the beats in his presence. They include Bill Laswell, David
Toop, Zakir Hussein, Jon Hassel, Plaid, Luke Vibert, Coldcut, Anokha and
Talvin Singh. His new EP, JUNK FORCE, is just out on the No Immortal label,
destined to rock our world in a fundamental manner. Catch him live on laptop
