Drunken Sailor rocks :) It's just too fucking catchy! Incidentally, the singing is fairly easy. It's the Mac voice-synth software coupled with a program called Sing!. Make a MIDI file, plug it into Sing! and pick your voice parameters. It automatically makes mac speech synth sing in pitch with the MIDI file.
