Hmm... I don't know if the beats are filthy, but maybe check out some early electric Herbie Hancock. It grooves really fucking hard, has some early tweaky electronics and the tracks are LONG. The ones you'd want are Mwandishi, Sextant, Thrust and of course the first Headhunters album. Yea... I guess there are some pretty filthy beats going on there. There are some CTI releases that might do it for you if you are into the soul jazz thing.
