fair enough, i think your point might go over better with less attaching your own current situation to it which obviously affects your interpretation of someone’s silly stage name. it’s quite a lot of assuming. just saying it’s distasteful is quite enough i think; by all means mail him if you like to but don’t assume other people are as outraged as you are. personally i’m more worried about the direct misogyny, sexism and homophobia happening around us so the whole issue of someone’s dumb distasteful name seems a little silly to me
