i think i remember reading that Nobukazu Takemura did the sounds for the new
Sony robo-puppies... can anyone confirm?
there definitely needs to be more of this utlitarian collaboration in the
states (europe seems more open/appreciative of such things).
though in the Anchorage (NYC) last summer one of the artists displayed had
also designed the new 6-trains (which kind of suck) and the new MetroCard
dispersal machines (which are very userfriendly and convenient and
colorful)...
