Aphex Twin - "On". I remember back in the early 90s...I was under the
assumption that artists such as AFX, Orbital and Moby were all
mainstream...so I refused to buy any of it. I was convinced that the true
underground stuff was the music that I would hear DJ's spin at raves, and
that any artist that actually put out an album on a CD must have been crap.
Now my views are nearly the opposite. (Except for the fact that
"underground" is a myth these days. Everyone knows about everything. And
if they don't...they'll find out tomorrow.)
